As an HVAC installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with the warehouse manager and installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.

• Responsibilities:
  Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately; make customers happy.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles
• Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.

Requirements:

• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl and lift 75 pounds
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
• Able to pass a Criminal background check and drug test, possess a clean driving record and current driver’s license.

As an Installation apprentice, you will work alongside the lead installer to help the job run as smooth and efficiently as possible while learning every aspect of installing and maintaining all heating and cooling equipment types.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions of lead installer for all job related task.
• Maintain a clean, organized and properly inventoried van.
• Complete paperwork for truck inventory daily.
• Load and unload equipment into the van and stage for installation.
• Load and unload tools on jobsite for efficient use.
• Must keep jobsite clean during installation process.
• Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles.
• Participate in training exercises and absorb all training taught in the field.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be provided the tools and training to perform preventative maintenance on all types of residential heating and cooling equipment as well as Home Standby Automatic Generators.

Responsibilities:

• Perform required maintenance on HVAC equipment and machinery to verify efficient and safe operation.
• Ability to establish rapport with the customer and be able to consult them on what needs to be performed, as well as future recommendations for proper care of the HVAC equipment.
• Ability to maintain a high quality of work within a given time frame to complete the job at hand.
• Maintain a clean, organized and properly inventoried van at all times.
• Exceed customer expectations on every job performed.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Paid by the company)
